Greetings Everyone!
Big A and I were discussing the frequency of posts dealing with life situations such as troubled marriage/love relationships, depression, career choices, anxiety, and irrational thinking that causes every day people (like you and I) to feel miserable. When people mishandle the strong feelings that are sparked when something goes wrong in their lives,it often leads to additional self-destructive behavior. There are many good people who fall pray to inappropriate, self defeating feelings of rage, panic, self-pity. Keep in mind there is no shortage of well off, hardworking, powerful people who are miserable! Sometimes the most intelligent among us need a little nudge in the right direction. Let's use the example of Big A for a second. He recently had a terrible set-back, one that many never recover from. What is the difference between someone like BigA and the rest of the ladies and gentleman who would fail to rise above lifes troubles and come back stronger than ever? The choices he makes and how he chose to think about his situation! I'll do my best to intelligently aid you all, with your help we can formulate plans to get on track once again.
Yours in Strength
