Site injecting forearm
My forearm is lacking as well as my tricep (horseshoe). How should I do this? Big A?

Horseshoe is easy. Just like any other tricep head. Use short needles though - 1/2"
I would not touch the forearms. You guys think that calves hurt?? Forearms would kill. Way too many nerves. You would really have to study the way the muscles sit and the nerves. Plus each muscle would need multiple daily shots as they are long muscles. Too much hassle, too much pain. Too much danger of hitting a nerve and paralising your hand.

Then my upper arm is gonna look out of proportion compare to my forearm.
