Site Injects?
What spots do you commonly use when you have to inject every day? I saw chest injects. in another post, but I don't know how safe they are. Delts seem ok but there is not much meat in the middle area there; and quads and bi's I've heard some horror stories about. Other than glutes, how do you experienced bodybuilders rotate your injections? Thanks for all replies.

Bis, tris and shoulders are VERY easy and painless, just like the glutes.
Quads - I'll never do them again after a few years ago, I hit a nerve and part of my quad colapsed for a whole year.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try those areas. I was gonna try my shoulder tonight, but pulled the pin out after going in about a quarter of an inch. I don't know if it was the alcohol, or if I hit a nerve; but it started to sting alot so I pulled it out. I've been doing glute shots with EQ and Sust with no pain at all, so it seemed a little odd. I must of been in the wrong spot. Do you inject your delts on an angle? There's not much meat there in the middle of the shoulder, thats why I ask. I guess the bi.s you just have to watch out for the veins. I'm not as vascular as you pros are, Big A. One more question-do you ever inject your pecs? I saw this on another post and it seems like it would be easy. I don't know if its safe though. What do you BB'ers think?

To shoot the tris, if you are not using site oil, just gear - tense the tri. The top half is the rear head. Right in the middle of it is where you inject. You can also inject in the middle of the bottom half - the middle head, but it's noticebly more painful.
Pecs - the way evolve said is good. Or you can just use a 1/2" pin and go straight into the pec.
You definetely should have enough mass to use at least 1" in your side delt. Also, unless you are EXTREMELLY flexible or narrow shouldered, you will need someone else to do it for you. You put the pin in straight into the delt head, with the pin being parallel to the floor.

I shoot tren ed and have used bi's, tri's, and quads. My favorit is probably bi's. For one thing you can see what your doing and also don't forget you have a long head and a short head of the bi's to inject in. So I usually go short head of bi's on 1st day., long head 2nd day, and then lateral head of the tri's on the third day. After this I just repeat but every once in a while I throw some quad inject. in their to give my arms a break.

I'm gonna be injecting Winny and Sust with it on 2 days. I've gotta get some 25g. pins. I only have 22's right now. Do you notice a big difference, pain wise with larger 22's when site injecting. Also, I know you guys have heard it over, and over, do you lose much absorbtion drinking the Winny EOD? Thanks again, you pros are the best!

I've used 23g 1.5's in bi's and tri's with no pain but I did switch to 25g just to help minimize scar tissue.

I usually use outer pecs, delts, triceps, outer and inner biceps(Had to give up peak injections after talking w/ Big A.hehe), traps, outer calves and the B-spot(Spot under your delt). Scary things only happen when your not safe and have put 1in dart all the way into my chest before.hehehe Just be safe, sterile and slow. RY's 3 S's.hehehe
