There was a thread below that had a similar question but I am wondering if there is anything I can do about my situation.
1) when I was younger, middle school and early high school, i was quite over weight. I got up to about 225lbs at 5'10'' and a 38 inch weight when i was 14-15 years old. I was a real fatty. Well I got into football and started lifting some weights and decided i didnt want to deal with the being fat and lost down to 160lbs in about 4-5 months or so. I lost a lot of muscle but hell i didnt know i had it anyway. So now I am a lot older, 24 yo, and at 240lbs or so at 6'1''. My skin has NEVER returned to the way I see most bodybuilders look. I am so self conscious bc if I am not at around 8% or so I look fat...well to me I do. I dont have the definition that most people do at 12% bf when I am at 8%. My skin just does not have a tight attatchment to my muscle. Now I am focusing on putting on some quality weight but over the years I have been so held back bc once I started to eat enough to put on weight, I started to feel fat and ate less. It was an endless cycle. I have now gotten over this fear of adding a little BF but still bothers me. Is there ANYTHING I can do outside of some surgery to get my skin to tighten up a little? I mean its been almost 10 years! ha
2) last question, sorry for the book. I had dieted down to 5% or so which was my goal to reach. Afterwards i ate whatever I wanted, that weekend i mean. I woke up the following morning with an extremely swollen face and mouth and all the definition in my face had gone (obviously due to the swelling). Well now its 1.5 years later and my face has still not returned to its defined state. Any ideas?
BTW: i was using 100mg EOD test prop and 75mg/EOD of tren ace when on this diet.
Thanks a lot for your thoughts,
VT
