It's 56 pages long and it's about nutrition.
It's the best and most complete info about nutrition
I have read on the net.

I hope he is. He's a very knowledgeable man. He used to work at Raley's( pharmacy dept) in Fremont, CA. I worked out with him when he started working out at Medina's Gym in Dublin. He is gentically gifted. He was hugh naturally. Even his brother, who does not even work out, has about at least 18 inch arms.
