I made this and they were aweome!

You guys should try making it with Okinawan Sweet Potatoes. They have the white skin and purple on the inside. It tastes even better than regular sweet potatoes. Also great for sweet potato mash!

I'm going to try this out this weekend, been baking sweet potatoes for meal prep for years so it'd be nice to have a change. This would be easy to measure as well.
