Need some help with my diet... .I'm 170lbs 5'11'' I'm traing for mass and came up with a diet just need to know what everyone thinks
Breakfast 1: 2 scoops whey protein
Breakfast 2: 5 whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal
Morning snack: 1 cup low fat yougurt, 1/2 cp canned peaches, dozen wheat thins 2 tbls peanut butter
lunch: Some sort of meat, salad, vegtables
preworkout: 2 scoops shake, Banana
postworkout: 3 scoops shake
dinner: some sort of meat, salad, vegtable, sweet potato
Snack: 2 scoops shake 1 cup oatmeal
About 4,000 calories 350g protein 450g carbs 110g fat
