About recovery.
If I train chest on monday, it will not get sore until wednesday. I always just thought that is how my body worked. It took 24 hours for the break down to accure. WRONG. I did some messing around. I found that the only reason I do not get sore until the next day is because at night I do not eat and that is where my muscle starts to break down without out any food to help it recover. I tried waking in the night and eating and it worked, I did not get sore. Just some food for thought.
