hey bros

Do you guys ever workout knowing you kicked ass in the gym but aren't sore the next day?Doing chest, triceps, legs always sore. Doing biceps,shoulders not sore. I train hard but no soreness. If I take a week off and then go back, then I am pretty sore.

This is what I feel after a good workout - pumped and tired muscles.

Soreness is a result of either excessive lactic acid buildup or varying degree of muscle tear (from minor to extereme). Both require more than normal rest between workouts. I don't feel that soreness is a good indicator of results.
