Sorry to nag you guys about random stuff about bodybuilding but this is the only place I get quality responses. There are a few guys in my gym that know somethings about the sport but none I can really trust very much. I just want to say thanks for all your help and bare with me I'll figure it out soon enough lol. Plus I'm planning getting a workout and diet from Phil about a week after my show, (Thats if he remembers me msg. him about it lol) And thanks again guys.
