Hey...
Guys i am looking for a good soup recipe for dieting... ??
if anyone of you know any so please share with me

Taco Soup

1 can black beans
1 can ranch style beans
1 can of corn (any kind you like)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can rottel
ground beef or chicken

You can do whatever you want to this, if you dont like something take it out, if you wanna add something add it, the options are endless...and its damn good!:headbang:

I buy the low salt low fat campbells soups, heat it up until it's boiling & then dump cottage cheese into it. It cools it down & the cheese melts, making the soup tastier.
