Spiking natural insulin at the same time of growth hormone? Timing ideas?

Hello.

I was wondering how growth hormone interacted with insulin. Are the two hormones synergistic? Or are they competing? Basically what I'm getting at... is, is it beneficial to use them to together, or harmful? And does it matter whether the GH and insulin are endogenous or exogenous?

For example. Lots of people suggest to use GH peptides post workout, alongside a post workout shake with sugar that will spike the body's insulin. You'd be spiking your own growth hormone levels at the same time of your insulin levels. Is this a problem? Is there a more "optimized" way to do this?
(Such as, a shake before the peps... or peps before the shake, etc.)

Generally, I'm trying to see how should GH and insulin be timed, and does it matter if you're using your body's natural production, vs. synthetic shots?

Sorry for rambling. I'm just looking for guidance and understanding.

from my understanding a spike in insulin lowers/blunts igf-1 and gh release. That's why with pinning ghrp/modgrf post workout you were supposed to pin it immediately post and then wait about 20min to consume your post workout glucose/protein.


IMO the most synergistic combo would be igf1-lr3/insulin because igf1 is creating brand new muscle cells and then the slin would be shuttling the proper nutrients to help maintain/grow those new cells.
 
Take your gh immediately after wo, then 20min later consume your sugar and prot shake.
 
What's the reasoning of taking GH 20 minutes before the insulin?

How would this differ from doing the shake (protein + sugar), then 20 minutes later the GH?

(Just trying to understand the science)


FYI, I thought one of the members here proved that food doesn't affect the GH release from peptides.
