Please post what you would consider the ideal supplementation for re-hydration after a considerable loss of electrolytes.
Well, how about this:
1) Worked out in the sun all day
2) Took diuretics for competition
3) Hard night of alcohol use
I'm not trying to be overly scientific here, most people don't go get a blood test when they are dehydrated, you would not have the results in 24 hours anyway.
Would you consider it water only without bloodtests?
Coconut water--- it has same level of electrolytic balance as we have in our blood and is identical to human blood plasma--- can't think of anything better for you situation
