Hey guys, anyone have issues with splenda and their stomach? I've had problems the last week or so with constipation and I eat enough fibre, fruits & veggies, it has never been an issue in the past for me, the only two things I changed in my diet was I went from 1 pack of splenda a day to 3-4 packs a day, also I changed from capsule form of fish oil to liquid, so I took the fish oil out and it continued, so I'm guessing it maybe from the increase in splenda.
Anyone else have this issue? I'm thinking of switching to stevia.
