I follow westside which as you all know has an ME and DE squat day. I was talking to a bunch of people on different boards and in real life and alot of them suggested that I squat only once a week. I could see how that would work since I would get a full week's recovery for my legs, as is I feel like my legs are not getting enough rest which may contribute to missed PR's. But on the other had, I would be squatting more with the DE day which would improve my form and technique plus I get the benefits of speed work too. What do you think I should do
