Do you need both the syringe and needles or do the boxes of syringes come with needles?

Do you need both the syringe and needles or do the boxes of syringes come with needles?

You need both.

Get the syringe you need, get the 21g needles to draw the oil out of the vial/amp and get whatever other needle you need (23g or 25g) to inject with.
