Here is everyone's chance to brag and let everyone know how things are going. Lets hear about some of these great lifts and progress being made. Mine are basic: 605 squat for 6 deep reps and a 225 curl for 6. Shoulder press was pretty good. Not bad for a little football player(ss). Lets hear from some of these monsters.

VERIFICATION:

Ive seen Big Paul B, and hes is a big boy! Believe those totals!

Ive seen Johnny train and yes, those are true numbers-Ive never seen any of the lifts on the bar, but always the smith. His power in quads and upperbody pushing is incredible with very good form.

Mine-

bar bench 405 x 6, 455 x 1 (about 1.5yrs ago)
smith bench 405 x 8, 495 x 1
smith incline 405 x 5, 455 x 2
smith press 315 x 6;405 x 1 (not lately)
smith Squat 500 x 5
seated row 450 x 5-6
pulldown 400 x 4
curl 190 x 5, 90lb DB x 5

Back is my strong point, biceps pretty good to.
Pushing strength can be inconsistent.
Loose form in some stuff. Not the best, but I try!
