Here is everyone's chance to brag and let everyone know how things are going. Lets hear about some of these great lifts and progress being made. Mine are basic: 605 squat for 6 deep reps and a 225 curl for 6. Shoulder press was pretty good. Not bad for a little football player(ss). Lets hear from some of these monsters.
