im gettin some stretch marks on the inner head of my bicep and in the front and back of my shoulder joint....

That combo is great for making stretch marks. Also, don't just rub the vit E on your skin, also take 1000 iu's of vit E, and 1000mg of vit C every day orally. It was once thought that vit E could be harmful at that dose per day, but a newer study found that it's actually beneficial. That along with the water will help to make sure your skin maintains elasticity to accomodate for growth.

km2000 said:coconut oil also works very well, make sure it is pure virgin coconut oil and not some coco butter shit, the real oil has a lot of benifits... used oraly and topical
