stretch marks

im gettin some stretch marks on the inner head of my bicep and in the front and back of my shoulder joint....

Retin-A creme used to work for me for stretch marks. Try some Vitamin E oil. Don't go out in the sun with it though.

the weird thing is i havent put on any weight???? im still at 175

im tryin to put on around 40 lbs and cut it back down to a solid 200

Make sure you are VERY well hydrated. I got them pretty bad as a teen and it's because I was chronically dehydrated and also growing very fast. That combo is great for making stretch marks. And don't just rub the vit E on your skin, also take 1000 iu's of vit E, and 1000mg of vit C every day orally. It was once thought that vit E could be harmful at that dose per day, but a newer study found that it's actually beneficial. That along with the water will help to make sure your skin maintains elasticity to accomodate for growth. As a bodybuilder, of course, you should be drinking a gallon or so of water a day anyway and vit E is good for all kinds of other things too.

coconut oil also works very well, make sure it is pure virgin coconut oil and not some coco butter shit, the real oil has a lot of benifits... used oraly and topical

Nothing will "remove" strecth marks. But they will fade from the "angry" looking red color to a lighter pink or purple. A little tan helps to hide them. The creams and such may help to speed the fading process. The magazines usually airbrush out the really bad ones, but everyone seems to have them, given enough time, weight gain, etc.
