SubQ lump from Sunday?

I injected .25ml of PGF2a 1 inch to the right of my navel on Sunday evening. It turned red and burned as expected from other PGF2a reports...but it's still puffy..there is a small lump there.

How do I tell if it is infected? It hurts BARELY but not really sore.

bump...I'm really concerned about this! Should I try to stick it and see if I can pull anything out? Hot washcloth on it?
