Sugar Free - Sugar - Safest ?

Appreciate all the feedback

I've rarely used artificial in the past
But now nonfat Greek yogurt and I make egg whites with some oatmeal or rice - I use it a ton more because I'm dieting down and these foods are easy on my system

And being older best to be safe ...it's a little too late sometimes AFTER you have issues and are like fuck shouldn't have taken that lightly

That monk fruit I looked on Amazon a ton of complaints from health conscious individuals saying the brands they carry have too much

From all the info Iv read scaremongering hippies aside, your prob much safer and def healthier in the long run consuming anything other than white sugar or corn syrup. Iv consumed a ton of artificial sweeteners over the last 30 years or so and Iv had no issues from them yet.
 
How bad is diet coke? I hate protein shakes adding 12 to them makes it tolerable. Just 12 per day

The thing with diet Coke is there so much crap in that
Also I'm not a big fan of carbonation
 
They make a Dr Pepper Zero now. I think it better then Diet Dr Pepper
 
I've researched various zero calorie sweeteners and to make a long story short, no they're not good for you but if you limit their use you shouldn't have any trouble. Just stay away from aspartame for sure, that one is the worst. It converts into something similar to wool alcohol in the body and can form brain legions, not joking. BUT having a breath mint even with aspartame occasionally when you have a date or whatever isn't going to kill you.

12 diet cokes a day is not recommended, however. I used to do something similar and lost 2 teeth because the acid fucked my enamel, for real.
 
I still prefer regular old sugar.I think it tastes best and I don't abuse it so I don't see it being a problem.

You were consuming that much that hurt your enamel, 12 a day or just 1 a day?

And not to get off topic but crazy how we are spied on. All I did was read a reply that mentioned diet Dr pepper now every sports site I go in has advertising for diet Dr pepper.
