Diet will be hi protien - low carb. For me...It is all about controlling my hunger cravings and avoiding the urge to eat junk food.
I am over 40, and currently 169lbs and approximately 15% BF (+ or -).
The biggest and most muscular I have ever been was 187lbs.
Looking to see my abs again.
Well....I was thinking of this:
12 wk cycle?
wks 1-??8??
Dbol Kicker (wks 1-4)
Test E 500
Tren Ace 50 EOD
wks 8-12
Test E 500
Anavar 50 ED
Would like to incorporate T3 - at what dosage? Will I get irritable with it? If so, no can do! I hate stimulants...
I have some pre-existing Gyno, therefore Armidex, Nolvadex, and Extamasine will be on hand.
Rogaine and propecia for the hairline.
** Possibly going to run Rips @ 4iu a day. I have done Hygies in the past with great results (wish I never stopped!)
** Considering a cruise of 250mgs a week...I am over 40.
*** Would be willing to hire a nutrition/trainer from this site. Any have a recommendation?
