Diet will be hi protien - low carb. For me...It is all about controlling my hunger cravings and avoiding the urge to eat junk food.

I am over 40, and currently 169lbs and approximately 15% BF (+ or -).

The biggest and most muscular I have ever been was 187lbs.

Looking to see my abs again.

Well....I was thinking of this:
12 wk cycle?

wks 1-??8??
Dbol Kicker (wks 1-4)
Test E 500
Tren Ace 50 EOD

wks 8-12
Test E 500
Anavar 50 ED

Would like to incorporate T3 - at what dosage? Will I get irritable with it? If so, no can do! I hate stimulants...

I have some pre-existing Gyno, therefore Armidex, Nolvadex, and Extamasine will be on hand.

Rogaine and propecia for the hairline.



** Possibly going to run Rips @ 4iu a day. I have done Hygies in the past with great results (wish I never stopped!)


** Considering a cruise of 250mgs a week...I am over 40.

*** Would be willing to hire a nutrition/trainer from this site. Any have a recommendation?

I, like you, am over 40, and that amount of test is probably the max that we need to be running. I also commend you on keeping the tren at 50 instead of going higher. If you have issues with being irritable, then the tren might exacerbate this problem. If you are going to do the GH, you will definitely want to compliment it with the T3...about 50 to 75 mcg per day should work wonders.

Now, for the anavar... you are not going to get the best results from anavar with only a 4 week run. You need to go with the var for the full 12 weeks, and I would change the tren to the back side of your cycle.

I would also get some caber if you are susceptible to gyno. I am, too. And I bet that your lingering gyno is from prolactin, not estrogen.

This is just my advice based on what I've done before

Diet is everything. That and some test and your gtg imo.

Research grade is fine if your just doing a cycle etc. But for anyone interested in competing I think HG protection meds are a must and research are simply not good enough.
 
Just adding I think Alex A would be great for you. No need to take tren etc etc. Just hire him and be 100% with his diet and training/cardio with some test and avar and you will transform.

I agree with this. Especially at the level your body is at now, you should need nothing more than test to get the results you want. Questions: how tall are you, and what is your experience with AAS? How many cycles have you done?
 
...5' 6" and this would be my 4th (maybe 5th?) cycle since my 20's.

I had a long layoff due to back and shoulder injuries.

Been back to the gym about 1 1/2 years now. Your metabolism and recovery goes to shit when you are over 35 and therefore the need to supplement those processes.
