Supplements for Joint releif ???

Any reccomendations of supplements to take for joint pain and will thay also aid in the repair of ligament or tendon injury ? Im not seriously injured but i got so many aches and pains, 1 spot particular is my wrist and my front right delt area. I usually work through the pain but its taking an effect on my focus in the gym. Any suggestions aoe welcome fella's
 
Well, try 1.) Glucosamine with Chrondrotin Sulfate and MSM, Hydralonic Acid, and Vit. C . As I get older, it's more important to stretch and rest properly between workouts. For other aches I just take ibuprofen. reserach these supps for how/why they work.

The Glucosamine and Chondroitin definately helped me when I had a shoulder injury it does take around four to six weeks to really start doing the biz though.
I visit a sports masseur once a month as well she knows her stuff and I always feel top dollar when i have been there. Getting a bit sick of the whale sounds that she plays on cd when I am in though LOL.
 
yea deca or glucosamine always works for me. Whats NPP Norm? take care

I beleive NPP which Norm is referring to is Nandrolonephenylpropionate....

Any particular type of Deca?

400mg Deca-Durabolin or Durabolin (NPP) per week.

Keep your water intake high, and take some "Bayer Back And Body Pain"
 
I rarely cycle without Deca 200mg per week... keeps the pain down... I swear by it esp at my age 45. As for Glucosomine and Chondroidine.... latest study says it's crap... I always thought so anyway. I honestly believe that HGH or anything that turns on all tissues to grow fixes these problems.

Well thee will always be a "study" that says something is crap therefore the Pharm. companies can make more profit. Always some scientist lobbying for the drugs guys. Keep buying into that crap and then your beloved supplements will be gone. Please don't buy into that garbage.

Glucosamine 1500 mg
chondroitin 1200
MSM 1500 mg
Hy. Acid around 100 mg
C 2000 mg
Boswellia around 1000 mg
Yucca Root ( old school) usually 750 to 1000 mg
Shark Cartilage around 4 grams a day very $$$ to use but lot of old timers SWEAR buy this stuff for pain.

There are many more that work decent....
 
Cissus Powder has made all my aches and pains go away.
 
I've gotta back just a good 'ol dose of glucosamine and chondroitin and Vit. C in the dosages NPCLight gave. I've got a pretty serious old shoulder injury, but since I've started taking the above religiously I've definitely noticed a difference.

If you give that a try for a good 2 months and don't notice anything I'd move on to some of the more serious recommendations (e.g. deca, HGH). Of course seeing a doctor isn't a bad route to take either.

Bump this. I agree. And I would use the longer acting form (nandrolone decanoate) that kaiser suggests (Deca-Durabolin) for a normal rehabilitory period (3 months).
 
For this particular problem I just don't think you can go wrong with Deca. It has worked wonders for me in situations just like yours.
