Finally started working with sombody with diet and am really having a hard time eating all the food and at the right times. Working construction and having trouble getting the time to eat. Getting discourged because im starting to feel like im not going to be able to achieve my goals. Dont want to give up. Does anybody else have this problem. Missed 2 meals today and probly 1 every day for the past 2 wks. Not very happy
 
only lost 3lbs of the 10 i gained. Tweaked my diet a bit and got plenty of support in the gym today. All is well.
