Hi Guys

Wanting to really increase my weight during the summer. Right now I'm around 105kg for a strongman comp in April. Wanting to be close to 115kg by the time I get back to uni in september.

Right now trying to get rid of some fat too so I'll be trying to drop bf a bit till end of may then start trying to put alot more lean mass and also strength on.

What supps would you suggest? All I can think of off the top of my head is creatine. What else could I use?

If you need stats, diet etc I can post up.

I don’t really rate creatine it seems hit or miss for most people I know. I would definitely have some glutamine as it does help recovery quite well. Other than that I’d say just go for good diet + protein. I doubt you’ll be able to add 10kg of lean mass naturally by September, but I take it from you wanting to loose fat that this is more for looks than strength if so then a bit of fat loss will do wonders. Fat lose is really just for apperance, but also need to get the strength up for a comp next year as its a heavy comp.

Was thinking of using dbol over summer but since I'll only be 19 thats a bad idea.

Been told other stuff like taurine and aminos are good. Anything else people can think of?

If you want you could also throw in an ECA stack to help burn some fat off, but other than the ones that I mentioned is a waste. Those are all you really need.
