Hi Guys
Wanting to really increase my weight during the summer. Right now I'm around 105kg for a strongman comp in April. Wanting to be close to 115kg by the time I get back to uni in september.
Right now trying to get rid of some fat too so I'll be trying to drop bf a bit till end of may then start trying to put alot more lean mass and also strength on.
What supps would you suggest? All I can think of off the top of my head is creatine. What else could I use?
If you need stats, diet etc I can post up.
