Well had my hernia surgery today and everything went fine. just playing the waiting game now but I am staying on GH to help things along.

yea bro mine is right above my naval also but they cut under it. I tell you what I am hurting like hell tonight. just feels like a knife in my gut They gave me some prcocet but they are not helping at all I am taking 3 every 4 hours and nothing but its the first day so things will get better.

I have a car show next weekend that I am planing on putting my car in so one way or another I am going.

If you had the LAPRO,then they literally blow your stomach up with a bicarb gas. I had the same sugery last Jan. Then tore my patellar tendon 1 year ago thanksgiving..bbing career over...If you want a good laugh, I had a small article in Ironman about my comeback 10 years after my last show and after tearing each tricep, yes the left then the right a year to the day later. Lonnie Teper said hey if we can keep this guy out of the hospital then watch out. Well, more than one doc blamed the injuries on AAS use from a young age and heavy training, heavier than my tendons could handle. None of my injuries were while training. They said my body was used to let's say an incline press, but I was climbing a fence and tore my tri,the first time. crazy. The hernia gets much better by day 3.

i just had the same opperation 4 weeks ago and had my wisdom teeth pulled a week after the hernia, that made the hernia thing childs play,
