I'm planning out a surgery (herniated belly button) and need some advice.

Should i complete my PCT prior to the surgery while I'm still able to train. Or should I start the PCT on the day of the surgery and run it during the six weeks that I can't train?

I say finish your PCT and try to get your body back to normal BEFORE surgery. You don't want to fuck with Anesthesia. Anyway, I had the same surgery and was back doing light arms after a week. You can feel when you're pushing too hard. You should be able to train normally after the six week period. Good luck.

Yeah, do the pct before surgery. Main thing I worried about was increased bleeding, since many AAS can cause this. I had triple hernia surgery, one of which was the "belly button". I only stayed out of the gym totally for a little over 2 weeks, but then it was real light lifting for another 5 weeks or so. Youll have to stay away from exercises that put a lot of stress on your core too, like dead lifts and squats/leg presses.
