Can you give me your thoughts on this, please? I'm waiting for final confirmation that my right labrum is in fact torn, and since I'm not happy about being out for any length of time I'm thinking about how to get back in the game as fast as possible.
I'm 26, 6'2", 205, training for 3 years, and had the best gains of my life in the last few months just lifting and eating clean but big. I'm crushed to be injured.
I'm thinking of running 4 I.U./day of HGH to help my recovery from surgery and 60-100mg of oxandrolone to help with wound healing and some muscle-sparing when I can't lift.
I'm planning on starting soon, before surgery, and continuing the HGH until I'm back in the gym at full capacity. I'm NOT looking for size/strength gains right now, just maintaining what I've worked for while I'm injured.
What do you think? Anything I should add in? Are these going to help in the way I think they will?
