I am currently on my sixth cycle and this time around I am using 1,000 to 1,200 ml of Sustanon per week. I discovered that I made progress by using this dosage during my last cycle and thus I am repeating it. I have limited availability of steroids where I am at, principally Sustanon and Deca Durabolin. But the Deca only comes in 50 ml increments and is quite expensive, thus this time around I am sticking with Sustanon only. Is this amount considered extreme and if not, could I go higher?

1,000mg's of sust is not unheard of. 1,200 if you asked me is a bit high. BUT, there have been folks who have done it with no problem. It would be nice to see what your stats are before going any further with this answer. If after you post your stats and eating habbits it maybe just be that you can lower that amount by picking up more on your calories, thus giving you more bulk without the added mg's of sust. (just my .02)

USE THE LOWEST POSSIBLE DOSAGE TO SEE RESULTS. I BELIEVE THAT NOONE WHO IS DIETING AND TRAINING PROPERLY(PROPERLY BEING THE KEY WORD HERE)NEEDS TO USE MORE THAN 500MG OF TEST A WEEK. LETS SEE UR DIET AND TRAINING ALONG WITH UR STATS.
 
yeah it seems a lot but which one are u using? because each one is 250 so u would be doing 1000 or 1250 but not 1200!! how r u takin' it?twice a week? with deca I assume and for how many weeks? yeah it's be good to see ur nutrition plan and stats, etc...
 
dose to high imo, what you running to prevent sides? need a lot more info, jus ta waste of money the way i see it. more info and you can get help.
 
Serious question, not trying to be a smartass. You said that you discovered that you made progress on your last cycle by using that dose. Were you not making any gains on your previous cycles with a lower dose? Did you switch suppliers or have any other variables change?

I am 5 ft 8 inches, weighing at the moment at 193 lbs. I eat either 6 or 7 meals a day, with various kinds of protein for each meal. Usually the caloric intake is around 3,000. I lift times a week heavy, and three other times at light. My first several cycles had 250 to 500 mg of sustanon, and tried Deca Durbolan several times but for some reason would really bloated by it. To help with sides I use proviron and switch back and forth from Clomid to Novaldex.
 
bro in my opinion 1250mg of sustanon by itself is very high. plus do you have any plan for after your cycle? your body is going to produce an extream amount of estrogen to balance itself out and when you stop your cycle your going to have to do something about that.

unless you like have "bitch tits" or have already discussed having them removed down the road with your insurance company, I would highly recommend stocking up with some clomid or nolvadex with a source online. You should look into HCG for after your cycle as well.

Remember, with sustanon and other test gear, DHT conversion and aromatization is really high. At 1250mg or even 1000mg per week, you are pushing the absolute limits of this particular "supplement". If I were you, I would pull it back to about 750mg/week ABSOLUTE MAX and stack it with gear that is tailored to what you are looking to get out of it and to keep your bodies natural harmony is as good of condition as possible.

Please dont take any offense to this, but to go off half cocked and shove as much sustanon as possible into your system is going to cause you more problems than you can imagine. Acne and your hair falling out is going to be the least of your problems.

If I were you, I wouldnt put anything into my system until I find a beginners cycle that looks like what you want, then gather all the gear up, and go for it. If you only have access to sustanon for one reason or another, I would say stick to a low dose. Most people forget less is more sometimes. Just becuase 250-750mg per week can give you good, safe gains, doesnt mean breaking the 1000mg mark when you are under 200lbs is going to be better.

Best bet bro is to throw a couple hundred bucks at a source and get a few other things to level out your system. If you take the time to find a predefined cycle thats sustanon based and do a post cycle "clean-up", you will be much happier and look and feel so much better.

I assure you, if you do 1000-1250mg per week for 10-14 weeks then just stop or taper a little towards the end, you will regret it for sure.

If you have 50.00, you can buy one of the anabolics 200X books online and its filled with everything you need to know. Dont be afraid of research. Your health comes 1st is dont let a couple of people you never met online reassure you that doing that much by itself is a good idea. God forbid you run into a problem down the road, you will only have yourself to blame.

I wish you the absolute best and fully understand your learning. Best thing to do is take your time and never settle for just what you can get. Over the years I have come to decide that if I cant put together the cycle I want to do in its entiretly, I dont even bother. I will have to spend the rest of my life in this body and there is no way I will ever risk messing with the hormonal balance to save a couple dollars or weeks getting what I need to keep it safe.

theres your problem right there! take that number and double it, then take you dose of sust(1200mg) and cut that by 75%, and i promise youll grow. oh and ALWAYS LIFT HEAVY,"everybody wanna get big, but dont nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights"- ronnie coleman.

The bloat is water weight, arimidex or letro will help that. You are taking way too much, I consider a dose of 500-1000mg, too be a heavy cycle and I been training 27 years, and have probally 1/2 the test levels I use to have in my 20's. You need to focus more on nutrition, See dad's post, and listen to experience.
