switching from exemestane to letro...protocol?

ive decided to switch from aromasin to letro to battle puffy nips. what is the protocol for this switch?
currently taking 25mg/day of aromasin.
i know 1/2 life of aromasin is 27 hours but what about the letro?

Letro can be good and also bad if you take too much. Letro comes in liquid at 2.5mg per ml, start out at 1/4 this at .625mg per day. I doubt that you will need much more the that. Remember AI's take about 2 weeks to kick in.

That is the half life in females, the half life in males is 8.9 hours.

Get off the Aromasin and switch to Letro. Why would you need two AI's? If your Aromasin isn't working, it probally isn't good. Stay on the Letro only at the dose I told you. Why would you switch back to the Aromasin that wasn't working?

so just stop the aromasin cold? my fear is that if do this it will take a while for the letro to start working and i will get a spike in estro.

weel when you feel something growing under your nipple its easy to over analyze. im happy to announce that the pain is 99% gone (only minimal pain late in the afternoon) and the lumps are getting smaller.
i will continue on the letro for 7 days (total) at 2.5 and taper down from there and get back on the aromasin.

i love letro. its the only AI that will keep me from having gyno flares. aromasin doesnt do it for me. the only thing that sucks is letro dries you out so bad. i stay on some kind of nandrolone when im on cycle. have to or joints feel like absolute shit.
