SynthePURE Mix

Recently I started mixing Synthepure with International Delight Coffee Creamers. The one I use is the Sugar-Free version. It tastes awesome with this stuff and has only 1g of carbs. I usually get it in French Vanilla or Hazelnut. Phil recommended mixing it with fat free sugar free pudding mix which would be another good alternative.

No, I haven't but I have to stay low on carbs. I wish I could eat that stuff... Actually I found coffeemate has a version of a no sugar creamer (liquid) that is even less calories that the one I previously mentioned.

Nice tip I'll have to give it a try...Thanks for the link...The reg. Coffee Mate I've been using is like 5g carbs and 5g sugar per tbsp and I know I use more than a serving size...
