Syntherol, women and facia stretching

Is this something a woman should consider? If so what would the dosing be like? My arms are already pretty solid but what about lat, quads and cavles? And is INTENSE FACIAL STRETCHING something that can still be done to an area treated with Syntherol?

No offense to anyone who uses.....but please dont do this. This is with all due respect, I dont think a woman should ever use this stuff.

You look great as you are. Just keep doing what your doing. Focus on tightening up the glutes and ham's a little more and everything will fall in place. I really think you dont need to change a thing!

IMO, no one should use it BUT again thats my opinion.

Mainly though because I think your on the right track and just need more time to develop. With a supportive husband in your corner coupled with drive and determination you cant go wrong.

i am not a fan of it at all, and especially not for women...
 
Scorpiogirl, i have to agree with ME. I'm not 100% sure were I actually stand on the issue of syntherol. On one hand I see where it can obviously overcome weak genetics where a lagging muscle is concerned. On the other hand I am not sure of the long trem effects after use! As for women well the sport of womens' BBing is being pulled too and fro. The judgeing is all over the place......I mean the judges don't seem to know what they want to see anymore, big, hard muscular women or some thing in between soft and cuddly and muscular and feminine! Once you go the route of syntherol you are stuck with what you've done. Can't change it back. As for you girl, you are on your way! Keep training hard, let the muscle mature and see how you look in another year. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!!! You have a great overall package that will continue to evolve!
 
SG, this is JUST my opinion. I think syntherol would be okay to use if you were genetically predisposed to having a lagging bodypart - and you needed to even out for a competition. But since very few have maxed out their potential to increase the size of the lagging part, it seems premature to look to a site enhancer until you know for SURE that the area can not be TRAINED to the point you want to get it to, ya know? I don't think it's a male or female thing. More of a question - "When is it time to consider syntherol?"

SG, for you it seems a bit early but I don't know your history. Now if you were getting ready for nationals and were completely there, with good size and symmetry, and even though your calves were thick, they didn't have the width to match your quads when viewed from the front, you might consider a cosmetic approach like syntherol on the inner and outer calves to give you just that little bit of extra width that your mom and dad didn't.

In other words, use it more like a band-aid and not a fundamental.

Well my arms are all triceps. :) I can curl 135 strictly and do alternating dumbell curls with 75 lbs with controll but my bis suck.:(

my calves suck... I'd have to synth them up if I was ever to walk on stage unless they start allowing knee-high athletic socks
 
My 2 cents...which isn't much.LOL Not to sound like an ass...Tami you shouldn't be considering using syntherol as you've just competed in only 1 show...not that 10 shows would make it ok either. Maybe if you were a top level BBer on the verge of getting your procard and your biceps were so far behind and it was hurting you, but I still don't agree with using it. Honestly, I don't know a female that uses it...but I'm sure there some that do it. It's usually very obvious to the seasoned judges and they are starting to penalize people for it.
 
Syntherol is non hormonal so women can use it, and there are some that do. But why would you??

Syntherol is for when you reach a max size and no matter what you do you can't go further. You will never reach your max size, or you shouldnt' anyway, as that will make you look unfeminine in my opinion. So you definetely you dont' want to go over that max size with the aid of Sytnherol.

Now, if you are a guy, it's a different matter, as max size is very subjective.
 
It doesnt mather if you are man or women, it helps your lack areas to develope, also i know some girls actually used oils to look better on stage.

Is not a problem if some girl so it in the proper way. We dont want a "Valentino Girl" around!!!!

Lats are a larger muscle and i think they are not for syntherol use.

I know Tami was just curious about the subject. Can't blame her. Personally, I am pretty much stuck with my biceps sucking. I know they are very hard to get growth but I can curl a boat load. Still its something I want to try for sure.

A good question was about fascia stretching and the syntherol use.

As long as we got some big dudes posting in this thread now, there's something I've always wondered about synth. Does it affect your striations? What I mean is, can you still have peaks and valleys or does it look smoother?

Because you all know how striated I am... hahaha

Syntherol made a great difference in my uneven, lagging biceps.
 
Now when I am looking back , I have no regret whatsoever of using syntherol. It gave me the extra push for size that I was never able to achieve by miself. For womans I would not recomend it too. But it is a personal choice in the end.

You are the kind of person that should use syntherol - very experienced trainer, bodypart is lagging regardless what is done.

Fascial stretching should be done when using Syntherol. It will greatly accelerate results.

When used properly, as per my guide, Syntherol will increase definition/striations and vascularity.
