i've looked up quite a bit on this over the time i've been here but you know when you look at stuff and it doesnt quite settle in your head??
what i want to know is how people got on with their first time using it and would the use it again? was it uncomfortable and what did it feel like training with it?
on average how long til the initial swelling subsides to a normal level?
i've read all the various articles but i want some feedback from say 10+ people that have used it so i can see an average before i take the plunge
