Hello to Big A or anybody else that can help,

I am using the Big A protocol for doing syntherol in my biceps . I am on day two. I have injected all my bicep heads twice at this point. I used howtodoinjections.com as a guide for injecting. I have been pinning right into the top of the bicep heads, and now noticed the arrows go in from the sides on the how to do injections website....Am I fucked for injecting there? Is it in the wrong place? Is it supposed to be injected in the sides of the bicep and not from the top like gear? Please help anyone! Thanks very much in advance!

they say to do it from the sides so you push up the muscle,where as if you come from the top you kinda fill it up.I have been doing bis now for almost a month and i do it from the sides and top,dont worry about it just keep changing injection spots.

so its fine to keep doing it from the top? i am definately changing the sites around. I have no idea how i would shoot from the side. I have veins everywhere on my bis and its hard enough finding a spot to inject on the top of the head. i hope its not mandatory to shoot from the sides...otherwise im gonna have to learn

I shoot all over both heads,top,side,front, back.It will work any were you put it.

It's only been two days. Don't worry. Just do all the other shots from the side from now on.

Thank you very much Big A. I did the shots from the side today. Its a bit more tricky to aspirate but whatever. It feels weird though! I injected it exactly the same way it shows with the arrow on www.howtodoinjections.com. From the same direction and everything. However, it seems that I'm pumping the syntherol right into the bicep tissue. I thought the point was to get it deep under the muscle and force growth that way by "popping" it out. Not that I care I'll still do it, I'm sick of being 6'2 with 19 inch arms.

Thank you very much Big A. I did the shots from the side today. Its a bit more tricky to aspirate but whatever. It feels weird though! I injected it exactly the same way it shows with the arrow on www.howtodoinjections.com. From the same direction and everything. However, it seems that I'm pumping the syntherol right into the bicep tissue. I thought the point was to get it deep under the muscle and force growth that way by "popping" it out. Not that I care I'll still do it, I'm sick of being 6'2 with 19 inch arms.

That's correct. You want to go IN the muscle. Not underneath it as then you are missing the point. Going under themuscle, you are not stretching any fascia and the oil will travel down due to gracity and you could even get a 'sterile' abscess due to lack of blood supply to the area so the oil will have trouble dispersing.

You inject 'deep' IM.

hittin nerves in the inner bicep

seems like more than half the time i go in even a half inch deep in the inner bi i hit a nerve, any of you guys hit em much, or how do you avoid them? and is injecting the inner bi really nesacarry? ive just been sticking to the outer now cuase of this?

i doubt ur hittin a nerve, every time because you would have problems and your arm would go numb or worse...I think you may be nicking a vein or passing through a small vein a bit and panicking so ur muscle tenses up a bit, making for an uncomfortable feeling. I get the same thing my bis are littered with viens. i just keep pushin the needle through and it stops hurting. If u asprirate all should be good.

i would say im def nicking a nerve, i do it sometimes in the calf, it nothing about tensing up the muscle and it just hurts, im relaxed im going in and all of sudden bam you hit it , yo flent up and it hurts, veins dont do that go threw em all day long, you know ya went through one cause ya bleed a bit.

You also have to remember about the individual variations of the way we are built. I am the same - inner bi shots are horrible. They always jump and hurt. But you got to put up with it. Outer bis for me are like butter.

yes outer bi's are like butter, i think il just wait til i need to get the inner bi's bigger, surprizing to hear from you a swell, considering probly your arm size
