I'm about to start a GLUTE protocol with synthol. I do deep squats and lunges and a variety of exercises that target the glute area and its always been a lagging body part.

Anybody have experience or advice re how to optimize the results?

Isn't this the same thread you made a few days ago ? Or is this gonna be your log? I know women use stuff like astrogel I think its called and or liposuction with the fat being reinjected into their ass from say their thighs but iv never heard or seen an ass synthol log

Thank you for your input. Its the same thread but wanted to get other women's opinions re synthol in moderation to help increase butt size and shape.

The girls I know who've done it used PMMA, not MCT/Synthol.

I wouldn't do that if I were you. Infection, auto-immune disorders, nerological disorders. Its not worth it. Synthol in the volume you would need to increase glute size can cause problems too, not to mention lumps.

I'd start doing dumbbell Romanian dead lifts and squeeze you butt cheeks together to isolate those muscles. Gluteal growth takes time.

(Personal opinion.. .cannot imagine going to synthol for this... I'd be looking at what your diet regimen is to support the lifting you're doing target that area. And also not sure what it means "lagging" area. Ham/glute is a huge muscle group and can take a shitload of pounding. If you are test dominant / low estro and are more of an ecto body type / hard gainer, I could see. Or equivalently if you are estro dominant and 'lagging" means its higher bodyfat %, that is a function of continued diet. That is me and it can be very hard to get that result - I've been literally up to the day of the show, got it tight for that day w/ water manipulation and the next day its gone. But still wouldn't do synthol. Instead I'd adjust the diet for a good bulker and start some PL work.
