I was thinking about trying this for a month to see what kind of results I can expect. Does anyone have any before and after pics that they can post so I can see how there results were?
 
I'd rather work long and hard and have actual muscles that are actually strong. Plus it looks like shit imo in all the pictures I've seen. Lumpy shit sacks of oil.

IMO its very ironic that the only type of person that would use this is the person that trains for aesthetics...and that when he uses this stuff then his muscles end up looking very ugly and not aesthetically pleasing at all.

I have 18.5 inch arms now which isn't bad. I just can't seem to get over that mark, maybe genetically that's all the bigger i'll get them.
 
What is a typical week's rotation of arm work for you?
You may just need to adjust your workout a little...
 
Arms

I typically train arms once a week, here is an example of how I am training them.

Lying tri ext 2 warm up, 1 x 6-10reps.
Tri or Vbar pushdown 1 warm up, 2 x 6-10reps.
Rope pushdown 1 warm up, 2 x 6-10reps.
2 sets tri kick backs or 2 sets 1-arm overhead extensions.

I also sometimes do a drop set at the end of each exercise.

try doing ngb,oh exts,and dips.drop the kick backs and rope pushdowns.

These are good movements for mass. Don't forget about floor presses.
IMHO, I would say you are over-training your triceps just from that workout alone, much less the added volume from your chest & shoulder workouts.
My suggestion is to go to IntenseMuscle.com - Powered by vBulletin and do some thorough research on DC Training. Give that program 6 months and you just might have your 20's...
 
I've made up my mind. I'm never doing synthol.

I'm young, but have been training for 8-9 years. My arms are slowly growing, but patience is needed.

I have a big problem with synthol because I think it's unsafe, unnecessary, and can be screwed up more than half the time. I can PROMISE you that you haven't even reached the tip of the iceberg in learning how your body grows.
 
nothing beats floor presses for arm mass imo

well and heavy as shit tricep dips (partials)

I'm little though 18.5" arms is a ways away for me hehe :)
 
ive been using it for a while and cant say its makes much of a improvement anytime soon, but thats same for everyting, so its time and patience i guess,but wish i knew how much of the synthol is really worth the time

You should refrain from posting anymore and do some reading. 1/2 of your posts since you joined up a few months ago, regardless of the subject, are wrong. You either start reading and educating yourself, or you will find yourself banned soon. This is a board for advanced athletes, not a board for uneducated post whoring.

bud synthol isn't used for implanting oil to trick you into thinking there is muscle. its used to stretch the fascia so the muscle contained isnt as restricted as before so you can go above and beyond. you might want to know about what you're saying before you post out and give advice to people.
 
When used correctly synthol is a very powerful tool in the bodybuilding world.

The pro's use it on lagging bodyparts and when used correctly it can be very pleasing to the eye.

Have you not thought about site specific gear injections? The oil in the gear gives a tempory site enhancement similar to synthol. This could be a good judge of how you would look.

Where were you thinking of injecting the synthol out of curiosity?
 
Synthol also needs to be injected and maintained for about 5-6 months for stretching of the fascia if you want permanent results. I've used it and i love it. Just hate all the injections. I gained about one full inch on my arms when it was all said and done.
 
I'm still debating it on my calves. I've tried everything. No mass growth in years. Although strength has improved.
