Anyone use anything while on or off t3 to help thyroid recover better? Maybe gugglesterones or something? What you use,what doses,how long,etc... i know its rare to do thyroid damage but pre-cautions are good to take imo.

Have you considered 7 keto dhea? I heard guggulsterones are no good but im not sure since I have never tried them myself.

Not really. Since it's half life is so short and it can be catabolic I am not sure what you are looking for besides a metabolic boost during the lag after a cycle?
Testosterone at HRT levels is fine. T3 can cause rapid heart beat and other issues as well.

Look at some natural methods for thyroid boosting Sea Kelp and Selenium will help thyroid production and conversion but don't over do it.

Any type of fat burner or stimulant will eventually lead to metabolic lag when the compound clears and can be thyroid suppressive as well -especially thermogenic agents like Clen and ephedrine. Overuse and abouse of these substances lead to adrenal fatigue and burn out as well-even high doses of caffeine.

It works well with GH. I like the hard look it gives, when I take this combo I can eat whatever I want within reason and not get fat.

Massive I thought you were a fan of T3? Im only using 25mcg for about 6weeks so im sure a pct inst needed but I do take 7keto anyway so I guess that will help. I always thought t3 at a low dose like 25mcg can be used for months and months if not years with no thyroid shutdown? Maybe I was misinformed.
