I would strongly advise against using liquid t3 and/or any UG t3. When dealing with micrograms if you see just how tiny that is it doesn’t take much for the dose to be wildly fucked and cause thyroid storm, etc. like it sounds like you experienced.
Truly if you think you need thyroid just go thru your doctor. I was very hypothyroid and am on t4 thru my doctor and we keep my TSH right around 2. Straight from the pharmacy, my insurance covers it, super convenient. If you aren’t hypo than I wouldn’t even bother with thyroid meds just diet harder/do more cardio.
