1.) does it always have to be taken on empty stomach and if so what does that mean, 2hrs after a meal and dont eat 1hr after taking it?

2.) Do you need to split the dosage up if only taking 25-50mcg or can it all be taken in morning? Asking b/c I hear it has a short half life. Thank you

T3 uptake

I read something on PubMed that said uptake and results were greater if taken at night. I'll see if I can find & post for you.
1/2 life and duration of effect are different. While the T3 will clear out pretty quick, the effect it has lasts 48 - 72 hours or so, I think - so don't hold me to this.

I have used T3 all at once and split the dosage up. I noticed no difference. You can take it on a full or empty stomach. Again, I saw no difference in either way.

t-3 can b taken with ir without, but while t-3 is good t-4 is least on the muscles meaning t-3 eats away faster at the muscle then does t-4
