Bro, if your eating habbits and training were the same as when you took t3 and clen, t4 will sure make no difference. Imho t4 is the biggest waste of time.
What I would do if I was you is, diet natrually and bring your bf levels down and then take t3 and clen, possibly after your second month of dieting. But remember none of these are magic pills, if you aint eatin and training right your just wasting your time.
Just forget about t4.

Anyway, he said yes, T3 is more strong but T4 is slower and better long term, that why he put me on it....T3 has smaller dosage and requires Cleny too...but with T4 the dosage is 100mg (T3 is usually 25mg) and he said trust me you will see the results if you stick to reasonbly healthy diet...
This morning i had to have a chicken sandwich at 11am cos i was starving again...i also got some more chicken/salad for lunch and a tuna sandwich for 4pm
Last night i got home at 9pm with stomach in so much hunger pains, i was eating like a wolf!
Phew!
Next week, i have to increase the dosage to 200mg for 6 weeks...
Any comment/advice?

But I still told them that its the most useless fat burner, now you say that you have taken T3 and clen and had no results. Well if you use the same eating habbits and training methods as you did on the T3 with T4 you might end up putting on weight.
I have no reason to lie to you, and Im sure not trying to make money off you.

Hey dont starv yourself, eat small meals every few hrs and cut down on your carbs especialy at night times. Just stay away from junk and photgragh yourself with your mobile phone every sunday and do it for 15 weeks and watch the progress, you will be encouraged by the reults and will be even working harder in the gym.
You will lose more muscle than fat if your not lifting weights and your taking t4. Your best bet is to find time and go to a fitness gym and they will guide you or do some jogging and circuit training in your own time. It will help you relax and therfore focus more on your exams.
