This is for entertainment purposes only. I’m not a doctor and all advise is purely for entertainment value. This is what I would do if I was to run dnp. Dnp is extremely dangerous and I don’t recommend anyone taking it. It can kill you.

So I have been On the fence about making this log. I’m making it because there is not enough logs with pictures and diets while running Dnp. I will post up the pictures at the end.

Protocol

Days 1-4 250mgs of Dnp
Days 4-21 500mgs of Dnp
500mgs of test weekly
50mgs of proviron daily
5-10ius of hgh daily
4-5ius in the morning
4-5ius post workout
4-5ius before bed on Non-training days
25-40mcgs of t3 the entire run
Metformin upon waking and before bed

Supplements daily
2 pills of bronkaid/ 300mgs aspirin
100mgs of glutathione
2-3 grams of vitamin c
3-4 scoops of brain Forza electrolytes
4 pills of vitamin E
10 fish oil pills
2 cla pills
3 pills of zma
Then a ton of health supps(to long to list)
2 gallons of water daily
V8 on hand

Diet

Meal 1
17 egg whites
2 whole eggs

Meal 2
8oz chicken breast
1 tblsp tbsp of almond butter

Meal 3 (Pre workout)
TN beef isolate protein shake
1 cup blueberries

Pre workout 1 scoop woke as fuck, bucked up preworkout
2 scoops of granite pump matrix
2 niacin pills
1 cialis

Intra shake
20 grams eaas
20 grams glutamine
2 scoops brain Forza electrolytes
Mixed in 1.5 liters of water

Meal 4 (post workout)
Protein shake
1 cup blueberries

Meal 5
8oz chicken/tilapia/turkey
1 tbsp almond butter

Meal 6
8oz red meat
120grams avocado
3 cups of asparagus

Calories 2450
Protein 340g
Carbs 70g
Fats 93g

Training protocol
30-40 minutes of fasted cardio 7 days a week.
Training with weights 6 days a week.
Training is John meadow’s creeping death 2.
Will not post the workouts out of respect to John.

I ran keto for a week before starting this protocol. Cardio was 5 days a week at 20 minutes fasted.

Weight training did not change.

Starting weight 272lbs

After a week of keto 262lbs

Started the dnp protocol at 260lbs

This is my first run with dnp so we shall see how it goes. Goal: is to see how lean I can get in 21 days. Plan on keeping everything the same for a week after the protocol. I will then switch to a lantus keto protocol posted on Anasci by concrete guy and add in this dhb I have been dying to run. Also do not plan on having a re-feed or a cheat meal.

DAY 1
Feel amazing tons of energy felt great all day. Noticed I get pretty hot about an hour after the dnp. Very strong in the gym and tons of energy to spare.
Weight at 258lbs
 
Day 2
Energy is down a little. Heat is not to bad except for about 2 hours after taking the DNP. Dosing is about 30 mins after meal 6. Strength and stamina are still great.
Weight 255lbs
 
Day 3
Energy and stamina are still great. Feeling a little more heat. Strength was down a bit in the gym but that could be from reduced calories. We will see.

Day 4
Pretty tired today. Morning cardio sucked. Strength is still holding strong. Not a lot of sides other than being tired. Woke up this morning and was noticeably more lean. Liking it so far.

Day 5
Energy was up today, felt great. Strength came back. Looking leaner by the day. Wife said I smelled different, she said I smelled like herbs from a garden lmao. Not sure what that is all about. Zero cravings still. This is pretty easy so far.

Day 6
Alright I upped the dose to 500mgs. Holy cow, this is a world of difference. I just sweat all day long. Tired as shit. Very foggy headed. Having a lot of trouble concentrating. Learned a lesson today about dnp. I always clean the pills off with a napkin before I take them. I always see yellow residue coming from the surface of the pills. Didn’t do that when I took my morning dose as I was tired as fuck. Man my throat burned all day. Lesson learned. Taking one pill after meal 1 and one pill after meal 6. The night sweats went through the roof. Was starving while trying to sleep. Not any worse than contest prep. Just sucked it up and went to sleep.

Day 7
Oh man, first day at work on 500mgs. That was kinda rough. Was outside all day running around. Sweat through two shirts. Felt very tired all day. When the gym came I felt great and had a huge strength rebound. 500mg is definitely harder to manage than 250mgs. Gonna stick with 500mgs as long as possible.

I'm interested in seeing your results. Man, 500mg must be rough. I bet you're get leaner by the day.

As far as working out, have you been able to work out just as hard as usual? Did you have to modify the intensity or duration of it?
 
Just noticed this. I will be following. Is this Geno's DNP? Yes the residue dnp powder is rough so that's why I always hold my cap under some running water before I swallow it. I like the set up you have going with the varied fats (whole eggs, avocado and almond butter) and blueberries. Do you take any fish oil? I would recommend adding in another serving of glutamine first thing in the morning (possibly with a greens powder). Definitely interested with your progress/results. It's nice to see such a well planned out log. Looks like you are going to get great results.

Great results but definitely sounds pretty rough/stressful to deal with the sides. Being on keto you probably can deal with the sides vs if you were consuming carbs

It’s crazy how fast I’m leaning out. I love it. So far I’m tired but once I get in the gym I’m fine. What I have noticed is the weights are down a bit.my endurance has suffered the most. What I usually get 12 reps with I now get 8. It’s only temporary so fuck it.

Yes it’s geno’s dnp and it’s legit as fuck. I take 10grams of fish oil a day. I also supplement with glutamine 2-3 times a day as well as peri workout. I also take juice plus veggie and fruit mix for health.

Sides are always in the back of my mind no matter what I’m doing. The worst for me is the brain fog. Heat has been bearable. I just push through being tired. I am always hungry but same as prep, not any worse. I have had zero cravings.

Yes, that is plenty of time for fat burning when your on dnp brother. Basically all my calories being burned from fat. That’s what dnp does. It alters your energy systems.

Hey, I was told that beef protein is loaded with collagen protein from animal leftovers. A real beef meet protein would be very expensive, don't you think? Nor do I know what product you are consuming.

As for cardio, I start with 35-40 minutes but I extend it to 60 or 70, even if it is fasting, I am on keto and in DNP. Maybe I shouldn't do that much?
 
Just read a post by danieltx about dexa scans and found I have one 20 minutes from my house. So at the end of all this I’m definitely gonna go get that done!!!

Kudos to you man, there is just no way I could make myself do 60-70 minutes of cardio on this stuff. I’m tired as shit after 30mins. Heck no man, do what’s right for you. If you like that much cardio ROCK ON MAN!’
