The 2 body parts on me that are gettng really stale for me in training are shoulders and biceps. I am just going threw the motions and it shows in my strength and size. I am just wondering what are some things you guys like to do for those body parts to bring them up.
 
U answered your own question.Dont just go through the motions.Try a new or different exercise.Concentrate on the negative,or flex hard when the muscle is contracted,push out a couple extra reps when your mind says stop.If my workouts start to get stale I bring something new to the muscle that i havent done in a while.

keep working at them hard is a must. you are just cheating yourself by going through the motions.

but for exercises... back width, rack chins, or assisted chins. tons of variation with grips possible. Bi's str8 curls wide grip, drag curls, Str8 cable curls. If you need a killer variation do the exercises ZMR style.
