tendonitis help

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get rid of tendonitis without stopping traing or anti-inflamation drugs? I have it in my shoulder, bicep tendon and also in my elbow. If it helps i am 44 going on 100. Right now im running trt 200 a week test, 4 iu's hgh a day. I am hurting and it drives me crazy thinking about taking 3 or 4 weeks off training. I was considering a low dose of deca. Thanks for any help.

Super Cissus, I love the stuff. My elbow gets really tight and this stuff really helps.

Takes a week or so it seems to kick in but I like it a lot
