This is my far my favorite food to make in my diet, and very simple.
I get Tysons Trimmed and Ready chicken. I usually don't have to touch them because they are so lean, and fileted very thin. I prefer thin chicken because it absorbs the marinade very quickly, and cooks quickly too.
Trimmed chicken, let it marinade in Lawry's 30 minute Teryaki Pineapple Marinade 30-45 minutes. Throw those bad boys on the grille, keep them flipped evenly so the edges don't crisp up on you (unless you like that). When I'm done, I personally like to throw a little extra pineapple juice on them.
My favorite side items with this are baby green peas, red skinned potatoe's, and a salad with no dressing.
I do about 2 1/4lbs a day of this stuff sometimes 5 days a week. It never gets old. The thin trimmed chicken is always very tender when not over cooked.
Coming soon:
Smoked thick sliced turkey, and baked lemon pepper chicken.
Let me know if you guys try this stuff out. This marinade is amazing. I also recommend their hawaiian marinade.
