im on my first cycle of test e at 400mg a week and i want a clean good diet
i would love to try and help cutt while bulking if thats all in all possible but is there any reccommened good diets?
 
well i had a whole diet planned up but it was all high protien high cards and i wanted to see if i could lose some body fat while bulking and try to cutt

Bulking and cutting are completely different. Though if it your first cycle and you aren't at a really advanced level than with the right timing you might be able to gain some lean mass.

Wrong! bulking and cutting are not different when it comes to the use of steroids, muscle itself burns fat, its all in the diet. the more muscle you build the easier it will be to stay lean. CLEAN BULK, add muscle with minimal amounts of fat. look at macro's and the sources of your carbs, you can get the carbs your body needs in a manner that will keep you from getting fat. look at it like this......every time you eat something eat the protien first, hopefully youll be 3/4 of the way full, finish off with healthy carb and fat sources.

I would pick one or the other. Whatever is more important, but don't try to bulk and cut at the same time. If its you first cycle I would concentrate on building muscle. If you eat fairly clean it will be very hard to get fat. Any fat you do gain can always be treated with diet post cycle.

Depends on how you look now. Are you fat or skinny? My first cycle consisted of big macs and crap but I had a high metabolism so I gain 20lbs solid muscle and kept it. Everyone is different, trial and error. You will grow no matter what if you lift hard and eat. If you have high body fat I would stay away from fatty foods and switch up your diet so you dont get burned out on one thing like I use too. Ex. dont eat chicken all month long add some turkey and fish and alternate them.

What kind of "assclown" answer is this? Is this answer from personal experience, or just cause you're such a smart motherfucker?

Don't pretend to be an expert on steroids when you have never done a cycle, and especially in a forum full of seasoned professional meatheads. Your answers are probably well respected from all the hardcore bodybuilders you hang out with, but people in here are looking for answers from experienced bodybuilders.
