Depends on how you look now. Are you fat or skinny? My first cycle consisted of big macs and crap but I had a high metabolism so I gain 20lbs solid muscle and kept it. Everyone is different, trial and error. You will grow no matter what if you lift hard and eat. If you have high body fat I would stay away from fatty foods and switch up your diet so you dont get burned out on one thing like I use too. Ex. dont eat chicken all month long add some turkey and fish and alternate them.
