Well with this being my first post i would like to say hello to everyone. I've been crusing this site checking things out for a few weeks but never really posted.

Anyways my question is i've been running my first cycle of test 250 and im about to be on my 8th week. For the people who are curious, 250mg a week gives you gains i have gained about 15lbs... but. this is where my question comes into play

Obviously diet is important, but if you eat clean is there a chance that you can still get fat off such a small cycle.

I was 180 cut at about 5-7 bf% that was before my cycle. On my test im at 200 now but id say my bf jumped to a 8 or 9 maybe a 10. is this normal?

Other than that im very excited to run my next cycle. im going to run sus 250mg twice a week with dbol for first 4 weeks and nolva for pct. im pretty pumped for that

The problem is the diet almost for sure.
 
it shouldnt be my diet since before i was pretty lean, my diet hasn't really changed. only thing added more of is protien and to be honest im actually eating cleaner now than i was before

Put up your diet bro, let's have a look!! OK you can gain bf anytime on any kind of diet if it is not suited to your training and specific for your goals. So put it up here for us to look at. it could be a simple adjustment. But as long as bf does not continue to climb don't stress too much. A lot of initial gain on cycle is water. It is what aas does. makes the body hold more water to a point. If you are careful with yoru diet then the water weight gain is a good thing. if you are bloated then chances are you are not drinking enough water and or consuming too much sodium. We'll see!!
