My previous prescitption insurancer required me to get my TRT prescription from mail-order. MedRx I believe. Anyway, I changed prescription insurance over the new year. My endo gave me a new script after my Jan 1 visit. I tried to have it filled at the local pharmancey...Costco. I've changed to a to a different prescription policy since the new year, but their system (Costco) showed the exisxting prescription I had with a completly different pharmacy..
How dose this work? Is it becasue it's from the same doc with the same DEA number? Or do they track it by name and SS number? Just wondering.
