:eek: Tried your training today..... I LOVE IT!!!!!

I did: Incline Bench, Seated DB Press, RGPB, Pull Down & Deads... the lowest volume workout I've ever done and the most exhausting workout I've ever done.

I was always one of the people who followed the countless set routine that is commonly found in magazines. :eek: Wow, I can't believe I used to be able to workout back-to-back days before:mad: I obviously wasn't giving 100% as I feel there is NO WAY I could step in the gym tomorrow and lift the 5lb db. I feel that I left everything in the gym today.

Amen bro..last night I did incline DB bench, smith machine shoulder presses, RGBP, Rack chins, then dead lifts....I don't see how anyone can go through these workouts and feel they didn't get enough volume.
