I used to be on the forums a long time ago but then made a huge mistake and got married. I have finally got my life almost put back together and after a long lay off in BB I have started training again a few months ago. Io thought the past few years I hated working out. I really just hated my life/wife and was in a hole i couldn't get out of.
Im back though and feeling better than ever now that i have that burden taken care of. I have just recently moved to a happy place once again and bought a new house. now that I'm finally close to settling in I couldn't wait to get back on a few forums to keep me up to date on the latest training/ supplements/ and nutrition as we are forever evolving as humans. Thanks for having me. I cant wait to read and hopefully help out where I can.

Sounds like you had a rough time.

The cool thing about lifting and having a nutritional plan is that those are things you can control. When other people drag you down with their behavior, it can be really hard. Glad you are doing better!

yeah divorce is a tough one to recover from

marriage is basically a man telling his girlfriend "i'll give you the ability to destroy me lol"

when you take out all the disney and horseshit... that's literally all it is.

Glad to have you back Bro. And glad to hear things are looking up after a rough time. Been there, done that, it's so much more enjoyable when you can talk about it as "past."

your brother in Christ,

Lucky
