yes it was a cheat meal lol. i was soooo disappointed when i got home and realized i had forgotten the icecream :( definitely gonna have to make up for that! ha

i see you've been dropping a good amount of weight..leaning out. how about some update pics?

Notes: sleep been pretty good, my script for zoplicone has been great, apart from the very slight hangover the next day, but nothing that makes u feel tiered

Any reason why your weight isn't climbing like last time? Are you attempting a slower, higher quality gain this time round? Lower sust I suppose is a factor

im eating in a calorie deficit most days, some days i refeed with a calories surplus only becoz atm i simply dont have time for bulking, so i thought id lean up and add a little muscle if i can

besides its good to lean up occasionally, gives you a better idea of how big you are and ur weak points, its ironic that wen im lean my arms dont look like they lag to much, rather when im bulked, since my arms dony store any fat and the rest of my body does, they seem way more out of proportion

i also feel if i lean up, then ill have a lower daily calorie expenditure, therefore when i bulk again i can eat alot more comfortably becoz i wont require as many calories to gain weight

Yea good call sometimes its good to let out body run on its own fuel to allow another anabolic phase to come into play..

yes i am sleeping better, much better, but onyl becoz i got a script for zopliclone alwise id be awake all night no doubt

lol im hoping for a good transformation, my diets been lazy past few days junking out, but hopefuly i can get it back on track, either way im still looking lean

anyways last 2-3 days havent weight trained since ive been wrecked, had a dance festival so didnt eat 1 whole day other then chewinggum, lollipops and a frozen fanta, the second day was a combo of fish n chips n chinese food, third day i was just wrecked so just some cereal and steak

so today was back in the gym and at it

trained: legs

notes: defiantly felt the strength loss from the dance festival from being on my feet all day

also got a new batch of tren and this stuff fucking corks, felt like someone had kicked me in the arse cheeks today, made ti very hard to train legs deep, my whole arse and lower back were tight from the injection pain

v bar pull downs

one handed rear delt flys on cables
3 sets, 10-14 reps

barbell shrugs (big stretch, really hard squeeze at contraction point)
4 sets, 15-20 reps just 3-4 plates a side but strict
