Bottom line
So what is the consensus? Is it worth the extra money to use these so called "better" omega 3s? I'd like to hear from some of the board members who have researched this topic and/or have advanced degrees in Nutrition!
Maybe from some of the board Administrators?! I'd rather pay the extra money than be sorry later for using cheap fish oils!
From what I understand, just about every brand of fish oil sold in North America is sourced from Ocean Nutrition, so it doesn't really seem like it would matter what brand you got it from.
